Berks County Students Move On to National Poster Contest

The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD) selected the posters of Hailey Keperling and Hanna Winslow as winners at the State level, and now they will move on to the national competition.  Each year the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) announces the theme for the poster contest that is held locally by conservation districts.

Hailey Keperling a student at St. Catharine of Siena School and Hanna Winslow a student at Reiffton School entered the poster contest in April of this year by submitting a poster based on the theme “Healthy Soils are Full of Life”.  Both students won their categories during the contest sponsored by the Berks County Conservation District.

Good luck at nationals, ladies!
